Is the jewellery waterproof?
Yes! All ByTanaya pieces are waterproof and anti-tarnish. You can wear them in the shower, swimming, and to the gym without worry.

Will the gold tarnish or fade?
Our jewellery is 18K gold plated and designed to last with everyday wear. To keep it looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes. All pieces are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.

How long does shipping take?
Standard Australian orders take 3–7 business days. Express orders take 1–3 business days. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from the Gold Coast.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. Please email us to initiate a return.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! All ByTanaya orders come beautifully packaged and ready to gift.

Can I get jewellery personalised?
We don't currently offer personalisation, but keep an eye on our Instagram @bytanayajewels for upcoming launches.
